Massages and Natural Therapies
Let me introduce myself…
My name is Tsalika and I offer massage, sophrology and magnetism services in Lanzarote.
I grew up in the countryside, in a village in France, in a family environment in close contact with nature and martial arts (Tae Kwon Do). Tae Kwon Do has taught me to manage my emotions, my body, my mind and my energy, and has allowed me to understand the fact that we are the first remedy to our health. The environment in which I grew up and these teachings confirmed the vocation that I always felt in my heart: that of being a therapist.

More information about my training
“Always walk through life as if you had something to learn and you will.” Vernon Howard
It was designed by the neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo and is inspired by Western and Eastern techniques.
The term SOPHROLOGY, inspired by the ancient Greek *, means study of the harmonization of consciousness.
An exclusively verbal and non-tactile method, sophrology uses a set of techniques that will act on both the body and the mind. It combines exercises that work on breathing, muscle relaxation, and mental pictures (or visualisation). All these techniques allow you to recover a state of well-being and activate your full potential.
Sophrology allows you to gain a better understanding of yourself and face everyday challenges with serenity.
* sôs: harmonious; phren: the mind; logo: science
Gastric massage regulates gastric cycles, relieves lower back pain, rebalances the gastric clock, removes gases…
Cranial massage creates more space between the neck and the skull, relieves headaches, increases neck flexibility, and provides a moment of extreme relaxation.
It aims at balancing the function of the 4 fundamental elements of the body:: Earth
(bones and muscles); Water (blood and secretions); Fire (digestion and metabolism); Air (breathing and blood circulation)
This technique mainly combines passive stretching with the application of pressure by the therapist using their hands, elbows and sometimes their knees to perform a more effective treatment.
Thai massage is a unique therapy with a great potential in the field of massage.
Tuina comes from the Chinese words tui –push– and na –grab–, which are two of the 80 techniques used in this ancestral therapeutic massage that acts on the meridians and energy points.
A moment of relaxation to free the mind.
By which the human body receives subtle but powerful telluric and cosmic energies, and is in turn composed of cells that have their own vibratory field. This electrical, magnetic and vibratory energy circulates in the body through large invisible axes, the meridians, passing through points of vital energy: the chakras.
The concept of energy medicine and magnetism is based on the fact that each meridian is connected to a main function of the human body, an organ (kidney, heart, lung) or a system (lymphatic system). Overworking our body makes the circulation of its energies
along its meridians no longer optimal. The organ or system to which the relevant meridian is connected is weakened by this faulty circulation and stops working as it should.
As a result, the whole body and health are affected.
We practice that ancestral practice where the body’s electricity is used to
restore an energy and electrical imbalance.
The oldest traces of magnetism come from one of the oldest medical treatises: the Ebers Papyrus dating from the 16th century during the reign of Amenhotep 1st.
In fact, this papyrus refers to a mode of intervention with the hands of the
Egyptian priests to soothe and heal. For the Egyptians, the sun, creator of all life, could be used on patients’ bodies by capturing the sun’s rays with their hands.
The act of laying hands on an individual to ease their pain has always been man’s first instinct. This practice, which has always existed, is present in every country in the world, but has different names. In the West, it is referred to as magnetism, while in Asia it is called QI or Chi.
Once trained as a sophrologist, I decided to continue learning more about physiology, and specifically about body therapy aligned with my values and my spirit: I traveled to Thailand, to the Wat-Pho temple school, the Wat-Po-Chetawean School dedicated to traditional Thai medicine. There I was privileged to learn much more than I expected: I was able to receive exceptional training and discover a culture that impressed me with its wisdom and knowledge.
After this training I went back to France: my steps took me to Marseille, where I was able to learn the Tuina massage from a sinologist – a doctor in Traditional Chinese Medicine -: an amazing protocol for its effectiveness and power.
And to complete my training as a therapist specialized in natural therapies, I trained in European botany, more adapted to be able to take care of my patients in Europe: each land has its own plants, and these plants have the power to keep us healthy, take care of us and feed us.
I believe that the path of learning never ends. For this reason, since the beginning of 2021 I have been enrolled in an Osteopathy School with the aim of continuing to learn and be able to offer you the best treatment and a session totally adapted to our needs.
What matters most to me is that we are all in good health, in every sense of the word, happy and content.
